RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment processes, Candi M. Designs does not offer refunds at all! However, we do offer a free exchange if you receive a damaged or defective item or if you receive the wrong item. Example: receiving the wrong item means if you receive a shirt instead of a tumbler. 

No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences.
No exchanges or returns for buyer's remorse.

COLOR VARIATIONS - Please be advised that colors vary between devices. All pictures on this website are for illustration purposes. The actual product received may have a slight variation. That is not considered damaged or defective. 

3-Day Return/Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, PLEASE start a return by emailing us at candimdesigns01@gmail.com.

Please include details and clear pictures of the damage or defect.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or original packing slip.

READ CAREFULLY: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at candimdesigns01@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or graphic design services.
