Shipping policy

We are a new company. We ask for your patience as we diligently work to fulfill your order. The current timeframe to receive products is a minimum of 10-14 days. Please be advised that some products may take longer to produce and can increase your delivery time.

A few things to consider:
1. PLEASE verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Once an order is submitted, no changes can be made. Candi M. Designs LLC will not assume responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address which was provided by the customer.

2. If a product is out of stock, you will be contacted via email with alternative options.

3. It can take up to 48-72 hours to receive a tracking number. Please allow the carrier an additional 24-48 hours to update their systems.

4. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to production and CANNOT BE CANCELLED!

MISSING DELIVERY/PACKAGE

If the carrier's website indicates a package was delivered to your location but you do not have or see it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Candi M. Designs LLC uses USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. All packages come with insurance in the event this happens. If you have additional questions, you may email us at candimdesigns01@gmail.com.
